Cass has been working in Physical Education since 2002. He feels passionate about encouraging people to meet their fitness goals while creating positive and consistent change in their lives. He is a believer that everyone deserves to live in good health and that for many, support and motivation are the keys to success. The strongest inspiration for him as a trainer is when he sees participants achieve beyond what they see as their limits. Through enjoyable sessions and structured, incremental changes it is possible for everybody to develop a love for exercise and well-being practices.
